During your stay, also take a trip on the heritage tramway. Keen walkers will enjoy striking out along the South West Coast Path from the town, in the direction of either Sidmouth or Lyme Regis and will find stunning views all the way along the route. Sidmouth, 9 miles away by car, is also worth visiting for its elegant gardens and arboretum.
Enter the building and climb the stairs up to the first floor. Let yourselves in and wander down the hall to the comfortable lounge/diner.
